What is the required internet speed?

You will need 100mbps download, 10mbps upload and under 50ms latency per radio, so 3 radios would need 300mbps, 30 mbps upload and 50ms latency.These requirements are set to rise in the future.

Helium 5G Troubleshooting Guide

No supported radios are attached to FreedomFi Gateway.

Make sure the POE injector is connected properly. On the poe injector the POE port will go to the antenna, and the LAN port will go to the FreedomFi.

Unplug the antenna from the POE injectors, POE port for 5 minutes and plug it back in, wait 30 minutes to see if the radios appear in the dashboard.

If the radio is still not showing up after 30 minutes, give it 24hours of waiting to see if it appears.

If after waiting 24 hours the radio is still not there, you will need to submit a ticket to FreedomFi here: https://freedomfi.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/group/6/create/12

I can’t onboard my FreedomFi.

After you have plugged in your FreedomFi, please give it an hour to do any updates it might need.

Check the status page of FreedomFi. If there are problems wait until the maintenance is finished. You can view it here: https://status.helium.freedomfi.com/

There's no lights on my 430h antenna.

Make sure the included POE injector is being used and the antenna cable is going into the POE port on the POE injector and not the LAN port.

My radio has no GPS lock.

Make sure the radio has a clear line of sight view of the sky, installing under a roof could cause issues locking on.

My FreedomFi eNB2 and eNB3 port are not lighting up.

This is just a visual bug, you should still be able to view the radios in the dashboard. If not. Unplug the antenna from the POE injectors, POE port for 5 minutes and plug it back in, check every couple minutes to see if they appeared.

I'm not earning mobile tokens.

‍You've got the radios approved and still nothing? It can take up to 48 hours after approval before earning tokens.

Tokens get rewarded once per day around 11pm EST give or take.

My FreedomFi is showing offline or inactive on the explorer.

In the FreedomFi dashboard: http://freedomfi-gateway.local press "reset cloud connection" then wait 5 minutes, then press "restart miner" check back in an hour it should be active again.

My Spectrum Access is none.

Check your SW version in the Radio Dashboard. If you see version : BaiBS_QRTB_2.8.17_helium, you will need to get a firmware update for your radio to: BaiBS_QRTB_2.8.19.2_helium.
