No hotspot rewards? A guide to see them.
Don't worry, your rewards are not lost. Here's the solution to fix it.

Step 1.
Open the Black Helium Wallet.

Step 2.
Tap on the diamond icon.
β
Step 3.
Tap on Filter.
β
Step 4.
Tap All.
β
You should now see the rewards. Proceed to Claim all if you wish.

Still donβt see the rewards? Try this.

Step 1.
Open the Black Helium Wallet.

Step 2.
Tap the gear in the top left corner.
β
Step 3.
Scroll down until you find Solana Cluster. It should say Mainnet-Beta. Tap it.

Step 4.
Tap Devnet.
β
Step 5.
You will be brought back to the main screen. Tap the gear icon again, in the top left corner.
β
Step 6.
Scroll down until you find Solana Cluster. It should say Devnet now. Tap it.

Step 7.
Tap Mainnet-Beta.
β
Step 8.
You should be brought back to main menu. Tap the diamond icon.
β
You should now see the rewards. Proceed to Claim all if you wish.
